What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)?

EFT is a simple tapping technique that gently and quickly realigns the body’s energy system. Properly applied, EFT can remove symptoms, such as, anxiety, depression, PTSD, phobias, addictions, even physical pain, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.

EFT incorporates an emotional element to the healing process, addressing unresolved emotional issues as a likely cause of physical or emotional dis-ease.

EFT continues to provide encouraging results, even with newcomers applying this easy to use, self-help tool for themselves or others. Some cases are more complex, however, and may require more detailed, consistent attention from an experienced and skilled EFT practitioner.
